Refunds & Return Policy
Non-Refundable Bookings: All bookings at Lio Villas Resort are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment received, refunds will not be issued under normal circumstances.
Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of exceptional circumstances (such as COVID-19 outbreaks or other severe external events beyond your control), refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds for exceptional circumstances will be processed within 7 to 14 days of approval.
Rescheduling Option: If you need to cancel your non-refundable booking, you have the option to reschedule your stay to different dates within one year from your original booking date, subject to availability.
Cancellation Requests: Any refund requests or rescheduling inquiries must be submitted in writing to info@liovillas.com for review and consideration.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Cancellations: All bookings are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible by contacting info@liovillas.com or calling +63 917 117 0819.
Rescheduling Option: Instead of cancelling, you can reschedule your booking to new dates within one year from your original booking date, subject to availability at no additional charge (unless you're booking during peak season).
Cancellation Requests: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Upon cancellation confirmation, you may reschedule your stay within the one-year window at no additional cost.
Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional cases (such as natural disasters, severe health crises, or other extraordinary events), cancellations may be considered for refunds. These will be evaluated individually, and if approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 days.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your arrival date cannot be changed or rescheduled. Your reservation will remain on our books for future use within one year.
