Terms & Conditions – Lio Villas Resort

Welcome to Lio Villas Resort. By making a booking with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully 

1. Booking Policy. (Direct Booking)

- All Direct bookings at Lio Villas Resort are non-refundable but Rebook-able

- In the event of cancellation, the total amount of the booking will be forfeited.

2. Rebooking Policy (Direct Booking)

- Guests are allowed to rebook their stay within one (1) year from the original check-in date.

- Rebooking is subject to availability and must be arranged at least 30 days before the original arrival date.

- Any difference in room rates for the new booking dates will be charged to the guest.

- Rebookings can only be made once, and further changes or cancellations will not be allowed.

3. Check-in/Check-out

- Check-in time: 2:00 PM

- Check-out time:12:00 PM

- Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. No-Show Policy

- Guests who do not check-in on the confirmed booking date will forfeit their reservation and will not be eligible for a refund or rebooking.

5. Guest Responsibility

- Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property during their stay. Any damages or losses will be charged to the guest.

6. Force Majeure (Direct Booking)

- Lio Villas Resort is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other events beyond our control. However, guests may rebook their stay within one (1) year, subject to availability.

7. Resort Police

- Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

- Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified.

- The resort reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation if the guest fails to comply with these terms and policies.

8. Privacy Policy

- All guest information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of processing reservations and providing services at the resort. We are committed to ensuring your privacy is protected.
